Toekomstig Sportpark in de hoofdstad krijgt vorm
In Laken (Brussel) komt er schot in de werf van NEO Brussels aan de Houba de Strooperlaan. Eerst gaat de voormalige hoofdzetel van de Belgische Voetbalbond tegen de vlakte. Daarna begint de bouw van een nieuw, multifunctioneel Sportpark
SOK Ontmoetingscentrum Deurne-Diest in circulaire houtbouw
In de Diestse deelgemeente Deurne is het startschot gegeven voor de bouw van een nieuw, circulair ontmoetingscentrum. Dit duurzame project, ontworpen door B2Ai Architects en West Architectuur in samenwerking met aannemer Beneens bouw & interieur, vervangt het verouderde gebouw en biedt onderdak aan diverse gemeenschapsactiviteiten.
Jeugd- & SportArena in Nieuwpoort
In november 2024 werd in Nieuwpoort een gloednieuw en door B-architecten ontworpen jeugd- en sportcomplex geopend. De Jeugd- & SportArena Nieuwpoort biedt niet alleen ruimte aan een uitgebreide sporthal en een royaal jeugdhonk, met voldoende buitenruimte, ook de kantoren van de jeugd- en sportafdeling zijn in het gebouw ondergebracht.
Zwembad Oostende
Het nieuw stedelijk zwembad wordt onderdeel van een sportief cluster in de stad: renbaan, golf, basket arena en voetbalstadion.
De site is goed bereikbaar met alle vervoersmodi en ligt op de overgang tussen het meer residentieel Oostende en de kuststrook. Het ontwerp tracht deze overgang ook ruimtelijk te vertalen op de site.
Sportpark Lievegem
De site werd ingericht als een park bestaande uit voetbalterreinen, padelterreinen, een finse piste van +/- 800m, een beachvolleyterrein, een mountainbikeheuvel en een tijdelijk skatepark. Er werd een hondenlosloopweide voorzien, er kwam een groene speelweide voor kinderen met natuurlijke speelelementen en een zone met beweegtoestellen waarbij extra aandacht is voor toegankelijkheid voor minder mobiele sporters.
